Description

With greenish reflections, on the nose a vinous hint of ripe tropical frutis with delicate floral sensations of good intenisty and elegance. The taste is sapid and dry, reproposing the olfactory sensations with good persistence and harmony..

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif, light appetizers, seafood dishes, crustaceans, vegetable soups, white meat. To be served at 10 ºC.

Description

Vinified separately, aged in large cask for six months. Dense ruby-red colour, strong and enveloping olfactory note with ripe red fruits perceptions, sligthly spiced. Flavoured, excellent structure, velvety and persistent, soft with sweet tannins, excellent olfactory after-taste sensation.

Pairings

Particularly suited to match dishes based on grilled rib eye, roasts, saucepan's preparations, optimal as well as a meditational intermezzo. To be served at 18 ° C in glasses of high amplitude.

Romagna Albana

DOCG dry Romagna Albana, white wine of good structure, the colour is a vivid straw-yellow, to the nose it smells delicate and complex with a fine persistence.

Description

Apricot and yellow fruits aromas plus floreal hints of peach and acacia flowers. At the palate it is fresh and dry, slightly tannic and mineral with a good persistence.

Pairings

Romagnolo traditional stuffed first courses: cappelletti in brodo and “sfoja lorda”,  seafood risotto, seafood soup, white meat, cheese, Piadina Romagnola with Scquacquerone and raw ham. To be served at 10 ºC.

Trebbiano frizzante

IGP  Sparkling Rubicone Trebbiano, white sparkling wine, with thin, persistent, elegant nuances, straw-yellow colour with vivid greenish highlights.

Description

The smell is fresh, delicately fruity. The taste confirms the freshness, descreetly acid and dry, gentle and easy to drink.

Pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, it properly fits appetizers (even seafood based), Adriatic fried fish. To be served chilled at 8 – 10 ° C.

Sparkling Wine

Made from Pinot Bianco and Trebbiano grapes early harvested to preserve fragrance and freshness.

Description

Pale straw-yellow colour, fine perlage with a good persistence, fruity aromas with hints of acacia and wisteria's flowers. The gustatory sensations confirm the olfactory perceptions,  the sapidity is moderate and  well balanced by the residual sugar.

Pairings

Perfectly suited to be an aperitif, matcheable with seafood and vegetables first courses and appetizers, seafruits and crustaceans. To be served at 6-8 ºC.

Description

At the nose the typical varietal aroma, fruity, mature, slightly spiced. Harmonius flavour of good structure and persistence, sapid and dry.

Pairings

White meat, seafood based second courses, vegetable soups, fresh chesse of medium seasoning, saffron risotto. To be served at 10° C.

Romagna Sangiovese superiore 2016

Dop Romagna Sangiovese Superior 2016, made predominantly with Sangiovese grape 90 % and combined with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Description

Aged in oak barrels for a minimun of six months. Ruby-red colour with grenade notes. Winy olfactory sensations with good intesity and typical aroma flavoured of violet and ripe red fruits, spicy with slight woody tones. Good structure, harmonious, dry, the flavor is persistent.

Pairings

Consistent foodstuff, truffle-based first courses, meat and sauce dishes, furred game, cow and pecorino aged cheese. To be served at 18° C in glasses of high amplitude.

Description

Intense ruby-red color with violet highlights tending towards the grenade. To the nose it is intensely vinous, with violet notes and red fruits hints. The palate enjoys its intense sapidity and  the sweet tannins. Good harmony and persistence.

Pairings

Selection of cold-cuts, Romagnolo traditional seasoned cheese, piadina, first courses with meat sauce, baked lasagna, grilled red meat, feathered game, oven-baked roasts. To be served at 18 ° C, in glasses of high amplitude.

Grappa di Trebbiano e Famoso

Obtained from the fresh pomaces of Trebbiano and Famoso harvested within the enterprise.The aroma maintains the typical fruity note of the original grapes. Refined and soft taste.

Albana passito

DOCG Romagna Albana passito, white wine exclusively made from own produced and selectioned Albana grapes, harvested manually when fully ripe.

Description

… they are put to wither into single-layer small boxes. The colour is a deep golden yellow tending to amber. Intense note of apricot jam and honey on the nose, slightly spiced with an excellent persistence. On the palate it confirms the olfactory sensations providing an excellent harmony of flavour due to the good balance of the parts of sugar, alcohol and acidity.

Pairings

Dry pastries, cream cakes (doughnuts, marmelade tarts), blue cheese, Gorgonzola, Formaggio di Fossa.
